First of all to continue to serve as I have most of my life, as many of the positions in the many fields of Customer Service for communication companies, Medical surgical technician with precise processes of staying sterile. Customer service has not only been the jobs that I have had in-and-out of the military but my way of life. I believe I am the best qualified candidate for commissioner because daring my 1 year as commissioner have accomplished A variety of projects; Contract with the Kenfield Langfield Resident Management Corporation, approved redevelopment of (Marine Drive Apartments) (Shaffer Village) (Commodore Perry), Elevators and Wheelchair Lifts, Plumbing Repairs at Developments,Contract For Internet Access For BMHA sites, Site Improvements at Kenfield Homes, LBJ Apartments, Msgr. Geary Apartments, Schwab Terrace, Villa Carolina, Renovations at Sedita Apartments, providing food and care packages door-to-door and covid-19 testing throughout BMHA properties. I wish to continue serving our community as a BMHA commissioner!

Education/Experience: Active working alliance  with  community   organizations  for 15 years. I am a veteran. I received my G.E.D in 1992. Graduated from E.C.C. with an  associate  degree   Substance   Abuse and graduated from Suny Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology 2017.

My wife and I have volunteered on many occasions at the Martha Mitchell Center, helping Pastor AL. There is nothing like helping in the community! Raised in New Jersey, I have always been interested in the safety and welfare of the community. Where there is no safety, how can people thrive and enjoy the God given right to prosper in their own communities? First there should be a proactive integral defense agenda that would have the residents those who are trained and qualify to operate state of the art security cameras.

I believe I am the best qualified canidiate for Commissioner because during my Appiontment as an Elected Commissioner 2018-2016 I Eliminated light bulb fees in Family developments. Lowered Air Conditioning fees from 10 dollars per unit to 10 dollar per household. Moreover as a Commissioner I was appionted to the Safety Commitee where I discovered there was a Registered Pediphile teaching Music at the Martha Mitchel Center. There is more I would like to accomplish for our BMHA Community with your vote I will. I am not trying to be Powerful just effective.
